Pre-Order Sales

Pre-sales representatives use MiTEzSales Mobile® to develop orders that will be delivered by a driver the next, or a future day. With MiTEzSales Mobile® inventory and other data is collected; sales and inventory history is available to provide accurate up to date information, discounted items are flagged, promotions schedules are available, and close to code items can be highlighted giving the sales rep all the information for improved order writing. MiTEzSales Mobile® can be tailored to automatically suggest orders based on previously established “pars” or “build to’s” as well as system generated “pars” calculated on the parameters such as rolling sales and inventory history. Orders are transmitted wirelessly, or by any means of communication. MiTEzSales Mobile® supports any transmission schedule, automatically checking and verifying current and previous transmissions to preserve data integrity. Internal tools show the up to the moment transmission status of the entire sales force.

Driver Sales:

Whether it’s called route sell, driver sell, or peddle sales, MiTEzSales Mobile® provides an easy and accurate means for on-site order fulfillment. Historic sales and inventory data is displayed, promoted or discounted items are flagged, promotion schedules are available providing all the information the driver sales person needs to develop the right order.MiTEzSales Mobile® can be set to work with any payment, credit, or AR parameters and rules ensuring company policy is followed; signature capture and portable printers allow for a complete paper transaction record to be left with the customer. All data can be stored electronically or printed upon return to the plant.

Delivery / DEXing:

 

This solution is available on Windows Mobile 5.0 and Pen Tablet devices. Delivery personnel are able to manage and perform all route functions from the mobile device. Specific deliveries are selected from the complete delivery schedule, truck inventory can be tracked and verified; all invoice transactions and adjustments are performed on the device; accounts receivable, collections, and payments are made; credit and debit memos can be issued (if authorized); signature capture and on site printing with Zebra portable printers allow delivery personnel to provide a complete transaction record for the customer. MiTEzSales Mobile® supports EDI and DEXing and offers a high degree of security which is flexible to the business rules of any operation: system generated security codes can ensure individual accountability for each device.

With increasing supplier and retailer demands, distributors need new tools to meet expectations and effectively compete. MiTEzSales Mobile® gives users these tools with menus such as: Schedule, A/R, Inventory, Write Order, Returns, Signs, Booking Slips, Quality Control, Survey, and Reports. Sales personnel can create Booking Slips and Sign orders after comparing competitor advertisements.  To ensure the freshest products are always on the shelf, the Quality Control menu alerts personnel to old products ensuring the freshest products and that supplier standards are met with tools that are intuitively designed for quick data recording and calculation.
